Cozyosko is committed to ensuring your privacy and keep all information given to us private and confidential.
Cozyosko ensures your security when shopping on line by using SSL (secure socket layers), encrypting (scrambling) data transferred between your browser and our server. This makes it virtually impossible for anyone other than the intended parties to view your private financial information.
Only damaged or defective goods will be accepted for return, and must be sent back in their original packaging within ten days for refund or replacement. Please advise us via e-mail at enquiries@bourgies.com.au of your intention to return goods and your preference for replacement or refund.
All orders are sent via Registered Australia Post and are sent out within 1 week unless otherwise stated or items are out of stock(of which you will be notified). A receipt/tracking # for your parcel is retained by Cozyosko for use in the event that your goods are not delivered. Please notify us via e-mail at enquiries@bourgies.com.au if you suspect your parcel has been delayed in the post. In the case of international orders the recipient is also responsible for any customs, duties etc. that may be applicable.
